Blitz Booty Bootcamp is our class designed specifically for women!
The benefits of regular exercise are too numerous to count and yet many people feel that if they don’t have time to fit in a solid hour each day than there is no point. Moderately strenuous exercise, about 30 minutes a day, can lead to enormous benefits in regards to your mood, health, weight and ability to tackle your day to day!
Our Booty Bootcamp is designed with the busy woman on the GO in mind. We have created a class that you can commit to everyday while still feeling like you are not sacrificing too much out of your busy schedule. The Blitz Booty Bootcamp is meant to be a fun, social atmosphere for women to come in and get a solid, effective workout in.
What you can expect from a Booty Bootcamp class- A focused training session targeting your whole body consisting of mostly bodyweight exercises with some resistance training incorporated w/cardio to achieve a balanced, intense workout.
Here are some of the details!
- When: Mondays to Fridays session: 6:45am – 7:15am
- What: A 30 minute intense full body workout! Designed for that busy woman on the go, that still wants to be able to fit in a solid workout each day!
- Where: Blitz Conditioning (Address:Centre115 10575-115street Suite 203.)
- Note: Blitz is equipped with a locker room and shower facilities. BONUS!
