It’s summer time and if you’re like me mangos are the go to fruit since they’re packed with fibre and nutrients. I thought I’d share a mango smoothie recipe with you all.
- 1 cup of frozen, diced mangoes
- 1/2 of a peeled banana (can be frozen too if you have the time)
- 1 cup of almond milk or soy milk
- 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt
- a dash of mint
Blend it all in a cup blender and enjoy!
