Hi! My name is Paul and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and received my education through the International Sports Science Association. I have over 5 years of experience in instructing group fitness classes both indoors and outdoors as well as one on one training. My one on one training sessions are designed with your personal needs and goals in mind. I feel my knowledge of resistance training and cardio conditioning enables me to give you optimal results.
Before starting into personal training I was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for nearly 5 years. After hurting my knee and ankle playing soccer in the Army my military career was unfortunately finished. With this I took the best part of military life, fitness 5 times a week, and made an unfortunate injury into a career I love.
Some of the things I enjoy doing are cooking, camping, biking, and hiking. In 2010 I participated in the Great Canadian Death Race in Grande Cache as a last minute replacement and completed Leg 1(19 kms) for my team.
I believe no goal is out of reach all you have to do is TRY!!
